1. Promoter

The promoter is Bonus Directory Games Group Pty Ltd (ABN 98 672 871 779, ACN 672 871 779) of 470 Ipswich Rd, Annerley QLD 4103. This promotion is conducted under NSW Trade Promotion Lottery Permit No. TP/03189 issued by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 14 December 2023 to 13 December 2026, or as otherwise specified in the applicable promotion announcement. The promoter reserves the right to extend, cancel, or vary the promotion subject to permit conditions and applicable law.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, directors, contractors, and their immediate family members of Bonus Directory Games Group Pty Ltd are ineligible. "Immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Details of the entry method are set out in each specific promotion announcement. Each valid entry must include all required information. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

The total prize pool for the authorised promotion is $100,000 (AUD). Individual prizes and their values are specified in the applicable promotion announcement. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

6. Draw

The draw will take place on the date(s) specified in the promotion announcement. Draws are conducted by an independent auditor at random selection. The promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the event a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim their prize.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw. Winners must respond and satisfy all verification requirements within 10 business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture and an alternative winner being drawn.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

Unclaimed prizes are subject to the unclaimed prize provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW). The promoter will publish unclaimed prize details as required under the applicable legislation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this promotion or any prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

This promotion is subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales. This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW) and the Lotteries and Art Unions Regulations 2014.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, engages in unlawful conduct, or violates these terms. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Monthly Draw Conditions

Each monthly draw is conducted under the overarching NSW Trade Promotion Lottery Permit No. TP/03189. The specific draw date, entry closing date, and prize details are announced on bonusdirectory.games at least 7 days before each draw.

Entry Accumulation

Each eligible registration constitutes one entry per monthly draw. Entries do not automatically carry over between draw periods unless specifically stated in the monthly draw announcement. The promoter may offer bonus entry conditions at its discretion.

Draw Conduct

All draws are conducted by an independent auditor under the supervision of a Justice of the Peace or similar independent witness. The draw process is random and verifiable. Draw results are published on Bonus Directory Games within 24 hours of the draw.

Prize Acceptance

Winners must accept the prize as offered. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person. Winners must provide valid proof of identity and Australian residency before a prize is released. Travel costs associated with prize collection are the winner's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Draw Integrity

Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or defraud the entry or draw process will result in immediate disqualification and may be referred to NSW Police. The promoter and its independent auditor retain records of all entries and draw results for a minimum of 12 months following each draw.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding the conduct of the draw or the selection of winners must be submitted in writing to info@bonusdirectory.games within 14 days of the relevant draw date. The promoter will respond within 14 business days. The promoter's decision, subject to compliance with applicable legislation, is final.

Applicable Law

These competition conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and are subject to the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW) and the Lotteries and Art Unions Regulations 2014. Permit No. TP/03189 issued by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
